श्रीकृष्ण-जन्म, वसुदेव-यमुनातरण, बालिका-उत्क्षेपः, देवी-प्रादुर्भावः

वसुदेवो ऽपि विन्यस्य बालम् आदाय दारिकाम् यशोदाशयने तूर्णम् आजगामामितद्युतिः

vasudevo 'pi vinyasya bālam ādāya dārikām yaśodāśayane tūrṇam ājagāmāmitadyutiḥ

വസുദേവനും ശിശുവിനെ വെച്ച്, ആ ബാലികയെ എടുത്തു; അപാര ദ്യുതിയുള്ള അവൻ ഉടൻ യശോദയുടെ ശയനമുറിയിലേക്കു പാഞ്ഞെത്തി।
