Tripura
इयं महोपनिषत् त्रैपुर्या यामक्षरं परमो गीर्भिर् ईट्टे । एषा ऋग्यजुः परमेतच्च सामायम् अथर्वेयम् अन्याच विद्या ॥ ॐ ह्रीम् । ॐ ह्रीम् इत्युपनिषत् ॥१६॥
इयम् । महा-उपनिषत् । त्रैपुर्या । याम् । अक्षरम् । परमः । गीर्भिः । ईट्टे । एषा । ऋक्-यजुः । परमा । एतत्-च । साम । अयम् । अथर्व । इयम् । अन्या । च । विद्या । ॐ । ह्रीम् । ॐ । ह्रीम् । इति । उपनिषत् ।
iyaṃ mahopaniṣat traipuryā yām akṣaraṃ paramo gīrbhir īṭṭe | eṣā ṛgyajuḥ paramaitac ca sāmāyam atharveyam anyā ca vidyā || oṃ hrīm | oṃ hrīm ity upaniṣat ||16||
ഇത് ത്രൈപുര്യാ മഹോപനിഷത്താണ്; ഇതിൽ പരമ അക്ഷരമായ പരമാത്മാവിനെ പവിത്ര വാക്മന്ത്രങ്ങളാൽ സ്തുതിക്കുന്നു। ഈ ഉപദേശം ഋഗ്വേദത്തിന്റെയും യജുർവേദത്തിന്റെയും പരമസാരമാണ്; ഇതുതന്നെ സാമവേദത്തിന്റെ തത്ത്വം; ഇതുതന്നെ അഥർവണത്തിന്റെയും; കൂടാതെ ഇത് മറ്റൊരു, ഉന്നതവിദ്യയായ ജ്ഞാനവുമാണ്। ‘ഓം ഹ്രീം; ഓം ഹ്രീം’—ഇങ്ങനെ ഉപനിഷത്ത്॥೧೬॥
This is the great Upaniṣad of Tripurā, in which the Supreme Imperishable is praised with sacred utterances. This (teaching) is the supreme (essence) of the Ṛg and Yajus; and this indeed is the Sāman; this is of the Atharvan; and it is also another (higher) knowledge. ‘Oṃ hrīm; Oṃ hrīm’—thus is the Upaniṣad.
