व्यास उवाच । सहस्रधारामाहात्म्यं विस्तराद्वद सुव्रत । शृण्वंस्तीर्थस्य माहात्म्यं न तृप्यति मनो मम
vyāsa uvāca | sahasradhārāmāhātmyaṃ vistarādvada suvrata | śṛṇvaṃstīrthasya māhātmyaṃ na tṛpyati mano mama
വ്യാസൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ സുവ്രത, സഹസ്രധാരയുടെ മഹാത്മ്യം വിശദമായി പറയുക. ഈ തീർത്ഥത്തിന്റെ മഹിമ കേൾക്കുമ്പോഴും എന്റെ മനസ്സ് തൃപ്തിയാകുന്നില്ല।
