विष्णोर्देहसमुद्भूता दिव्यरूपा वरस्त्रियः । अन्धको नैव जानाति कैषा गौरी नु पार्वती
viṣṇordehasamudbhūtā divyarūpā varastriyaḥ | andhako naiva jānāti kaiṣā gaurī nu pārvatī
വിഷ്ണുവിന്റെ ദേഹത്തിൽ നിന്നു ദിവ്യരൂപമുള്ള ശ്രേഷ്ഠസ്ത്രീകൾ ഉദ്ഭവിച്ചു; ആരാണ് ഗൗരി, ആരാണ് പാർവതി എന്നു അന്ധകനു ഒട്ടും തിരിച്ചറിയാനായില്ല.
