तीर्थं वस्त्रापथं गत्वा भवस्याग्रे महानदी । जाले तत्र शिरो दृष्टं तच्च तोये विमोचितम्
tīrthaṃ vastrāpathaṃ gatvā bhavasyāgre mahānadī | jāle tatra śiro dṛṣṭaṃ tacca toye vimocitam
വസ്ത്രാപഥം എന്ന തീർത്ഥത്തിലേക്ക് ചെന്നു, ഭവൻ (ശിവൻ) മുന്നിലുള്ള മഹാനദിയിൽ വലയിൽ കുടുങ്ങിയ ശിരസ് കണ്ടു, അതിനെ ജലത്തിൽ മോചിപ്പിച്ചു।
