ईश्वर उवाच । अथ वस्त्रापथे क्षेत्रे संति तीर्थानि कोटिशः । तथापि सारं ते वच्मि सर्वतीर्थमहोदयम्
īśvara uvāca | atha vastrāpathe kṣetre saṃti tīrthāni koṭiśaḥ | tathāpi sāraṃ te vacmi sarvatīrthamahodayam
ഈശ്വരൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു—ഇപ്പോൾ വസ്ത്രാപഥ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ കോടിക്കണക്കിന് തീർത്ഥങ്ങളുണ്ട്; എങ്കിലും ഞാൻ നിനക്കു അതിന്റെ സാരം പറയുന്നു—സകല തീർത്ഥങ്ങളുടെയും മഹോദയം, പരമ മംഗളസ്രോതസ്സ്.
