ईश्वर उवाच । ततो गच्छेन्महादेवि तत्र मुक्तिप्रदं हरिम् । प्रभासान्नैरृते भागे नातिदूरे व्यवस्थितम्
īśvara uvāca | tato gacchenmahādevi tatra muktipradaṃ harim | prabhāsānnairṛte bhāge nātidūre vyavasthitam
ഈശ്വരൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു—ഹേ മഹാദേവീ! തുടർന്ന് പ്രഭാസത്തിന്റെ നൈഋത്യ (തെക്ക്-പടിഞ്ഞാറ്) ഭാഗത്ത്, അതിദൂരമല്ലാത്തിടത്ത് സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന മുക്തിപ്രദനായ ഹരിയിലേക്കു പോകണം.
