yugādiṣu ca sarveṣu gomatyudadhisaṃgame | snātvā saṃtarpya ca pitṝnakṣayaṃ lokamāpnuyāt

Translation

എല്ലാ യുഗാദി അവസരങ്ങളിലും ഗോമതി–സമുദ്ര സംഗമത്തിൽ സ്നാനം ചെയ്ത് പിതൃകൾക്ക് തർപ്പണം നൽകി തൃപ്തിപ്പെടുത്തിയാൽ അക്ഷയ ലോകത്തെ പ്രാപിക്കും।
