Narrative voice quoting Nārada’s prior instruction
Tirtha: Dvārakā
Type: kshetra
Listener: Śaunaka and the Naimiṣāraṇya sages (frame implied)
Scene: Nārada, vīṇā in hand, instructs Garuḍa with a calm yet emphatic gesture, the sea-girt city of Dvārakā suggested in the background; the theme is Kṛṣṇa’s unsurpassed divinity and the supremacy of His vrata-day.
Kṛṣṇa is proclaimed as the highest divinity, and the observance connected with that sacred day is upheld as the supreme vrata.
No site is named; the focus is doctrinal—praising Kṛṣṇa and the preeminent vrata within the Dvārakā Māhātmya narrative.
Observing ‘the vrata of that day’ (in the surrounding context, the Ekādaśī/Dvādaśī-related vigil/fast) as the highest vow.
