अनंतः संस्थितस्तत्र विष्णुश्च तदनंतरम् । ज्ञात्वा विमुक्तिदं तीर्थं दुर्वासा मुनिपुंगवः

Transliteration

anaṃtaḥ saṃsthitastatra viṣṇuśca tadanaṃtaram | jñātvā vimuktidaṃ tīrthaṃ durvāsā munipuṃgavaḥ

Translation

അവിടെ അനന്തൻ സ്ഥാപിതനായി; അതിന് പിന്നാലെ വിഷ്ണുവും അവിടെ തന്നെ നിലകൊണ്ടു. ഈ തീർത്ഥം വിമുക്തി നൽകുന്നതെന്ന് അറിഞ്ഞ മുനിപുംഗവൻ ദുർവാസാവ് അവിടെയേ താമസിച്ചു.
