अहो ब्रह्मण्यदेवस्य परां भक्तिं प्रपश्यत । स्कन्धे कृत्वा धुरं यो हि वहते भार्य्यया सह
aho brahmaṇyadevasya parāṃ bhaktiṃ prapaśyata | skandhe kṛtvā dhuraṃ yo hi vahate bhāryyayā saha
അഹോ! ബ്രാഹ്മണന്മാർക്ക് അനുകമ്പയുള്ള ബ്രഹ്മണ്യദേവന്റെ പരമഭക്തി നോക്കുക; അവൻ ഭാര്യയോടുകൂടെ സ്വന്തം തോളിൽ നുകം വെച്ച് ഭാരം വഹിക്കുന്നു.
