गत्वा संस्नापयेद्देवीं कुंकुमेन कुसुंभकैः । संछाद्य वस्त्रैः संपूज्य पुष्पैर्नानाविधै स्तथा
gatvā saṃsnāpayeddevīṃ kuṃkumena kusuṃbhakaiḥ | saṃchādya vastraiḥ saṃpūjya puṣpairnānāvidhai stathā
അവിടെ ചെന്നു ദേവിയെ കുങ്കുമവും കുസുംഭവും (സാഫ്ഫ്ലവർ) കൊണ്ടു സ്നാനിപ്പിക്കണം; പിന്നെ വസ്ത്രങ്ങളാൽ അണിയിച്ച്, നാനാവിധ പുഷ്പങ്ങളാൽ വിധിപൂർവ്വം പൂജിക്കണം।
