इत्येवमुक्त्वा ता गोप्यो मुमुहुः शोकविह्वलाः । ईक्षंत्यः कृष्णदासं तं निपेतुर्धरणीतले
ityevamuktvā tā gopyo mumuhuḥ śokavihvalāḥ | īkṣaṃtyaḥ kṛṣṇadāsaṃ taṃ nipeturdharaṇītale
ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞ് ആ ഗോപികൾ ദുഃഖത്തിൽ വിഹ്വലരായി മൂർച്ചിച്ചു. കൃഷ്ണദാസനായ അവനെ നോക്കിനോക്കിയിരിക്കെ അവർ നിലത്തേക്ക് വീണു.
