तदा दुंदुबयो नेदुः पटहाश्चसहस्रशः । नंदी तं नादमाकर्ण्य विस्मयात्तवरीतो ययौ
tadā duṃdubayo neduḥ paṭahāścasahasraśaḥ | naṃdī taṃ nādamākarṇya vismayāttavarīto yayau
അപ്പോൾ ദുന്ദുഭികൾ ഗർജിച്ചു, ആയിരക്കണക്കിന് പടഹങ്ങൾ മുഴങ്ങി. ആ കോലാഹലം കേട്ട് നന്ദി വിസ്മയത്തോടെ വേഗത്തിൽ പുറപ്പെട്ടു.
