अस्ति चेदीश्वरः कश्चित्फलरूप्यस्य कर्म्मणः । कर्तारं भजते सोपि न ह्यकर्तुः प्रभुर्हिसः
asti cedīśvaraḥ kaścitphalarūpyasya karmmaṇaḥ | kartāraṃ bhajate sopi na hyakartuḥ prabhurhisaḥ
കർമ്മഫലം നല്കുന്ന ഏതെങ്കിലും ഈശ്വരൻ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലും, അവനും കർത്താവിനെ ആശ്രയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; കാരണം കർമ്മം ചെയ്യാത്തവന്റെ പ്രഭുവല്ല അവൻ.
