ऋषय ऊचुः । एव मुक्तं त्वया सूत चरितं शंकरस्य च । अनेन चरितेनैव संतृप्ताः स्मो न संशयः
ṛṣaya ūcuḥ | eva muktaṃ tvayā sūta caritaṃ śaṃkarasya ca | anena caritenaiva saṃtṛptāḥ smo na saṃśayaḥ
ഋഷികൾ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ സൂതാ, നീ ശങ്കരന്റെ ചരിതം സമ്യകമായി വിവരണം ചെയ്തു. ഈ ചരിതം കൊണ്ടുതന്നെ ഞങ്ങൾ തൃപ്തരാണ്—സംശയമില്ല.
