चंडेन वै पुष्कसेन सफलं तस्य चाभवत् । प्रसंगेनापि तेनैव कृतं तच्चाल्पबुद्धिना
caṃḍena vai puṣkasena saphalaṃ tasya cābhavat | prasaṃgenāpi tenaiva kṛtaṃ taccālpabuddhinā
നിശ്ചയമായും ചണ്ഡൻ, അഥവാ പുഷ്കസേനൻ ചെയ്ത ആ കർമം അവനു ഫലപ്രദമായി. അൽപബുദ്ധിയോടെ വെറും സാഹചര്യവശാൽ ചെയ്തതായാലും, അതും ഫലം നൽകി.
