तदा तौ युध्यमानौ च हन्तुकामौ महाबलौ । प्रेक्षका ह्यभवन्सर्वे देवगन्धर्वगुह्यकाः
tadā tau yudhyamānau ca hantukāmau mahābalau | prekṣakā hyabhavansarve devagandharvaguhyakāḥ
അപ്പോൾ ആ രണ്ടു മഹാബലന്മാർ പരസ്പരം വധിക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചു യുദ്ധം ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കെ, ദേവന്മാർ, ഗന്ധർവന്മാർ, ഗുഹ്യകർ—എല്ലാവരും ആ സമരത്തിന്റെ ദർശകരായി।
