इत्येवमुक्त्वा सततं महाबलः कुमारमुद्दिश्य ययौ च योद्धम् । जग्राह शक्तिं परमाद्भुतां च स तारको वाक्यमिदं बभाषे
ityevamuktvā satataṃ mahābalaḥ kumāramuddiśya yayau ca yoddham | jagrāha śaktiṃ paramādbhutāṃ ca sa tārako vākyamidaṃ babhāṣe
ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞ് ആ മഹാബലവാൻ കുമാരനെ ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കി യുദ്ധത്തിനായി മുന്നേറി. ആ താരകൻ പരമാദ്ഭുതമായ ശക്തി കൈയിൽ എടുത്തു; പിന്നെ ഈ വാക്കുകൾ ഉച്ചരിച്ചു.
