पातालाच्च समायातास्तारकस्योपजीविनः । चेरुरंगबलोपेता हन्तुकामाः सुरान्रणे
pātālācca samāyātāstārakasyopajīvinaḥ | ceruraṃgabalopetā hantukāmāḥ surānraṇe
പാതാളത്തിൽ നിന്നുമെത്തി താരകന്റെ ആശ്രിതർ. ദേഹബലസമ്പന്നരായി അവർ ചുറ്റി നടന്നു; യുദ്ധത്തിൽ ദേവന്മാരെ വധിക്കാനായിരുന്നു അവരുടെ ആഗ്രഹം।
