priyaṃ na bhavati strīṇāṃ kanyājananaseva ca | tathāpi janitavyā ca kanyaikā ca varānane

Translation

സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് സാധാരണയായി കന്യയെ പ്രസവിക്കുകയും വളർത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നത് പ്രിയമാകാറില്ല; എങ്കിലും, ഹേ സുന്ദരമുഖീ, ഒരു കന്യ നിർബന്ധമായി ജനിക്കണം.
