तस्य तद्वचनं श्रुत्वा सर्वे देवास्तमब्रुवन् । सर्वे यूयं वयं चैव असमर्था वधं प्रति । तारकस्य महाभाग एतत्कार्यं विचंत्यताम्
tasya tadvacanaṃ śrutvā sarve devāstamabruvan | sarve yūyaṃ vayaṃ caiva asamarthā vadhaṃ prati | tārakasya mahābhāga etatkāryaṃ vicaṃtyatām
അവന്റെ വാക്കുകൾ കേട്ട് എല്ലാ ദേവന്മാരും പറഞ്ഞു—“മഹാഭാഗ! താരകവധത്തിൽ നിങ്ങളും ഞങ്ങളും അശക്തരാണ്. അതിനാൽ ഈ കാര്യത്തിന്റെ മാർഗം നന്നായി ആലോചിക്കപ്പെടട്ടെ.”
