आत्मसंभावितो मूढःस्तब्धो मौनी समत्सरः । कर्मण्यस्मिन्नयोग्योऽसौ नानीतो हि मयाऽधुना
ātmasaṃbhāvito mūḍhaḥstabdho maunī samatsaraḥ | karmaṇyasminnayogyo'sau nānīto hi mayā'dhunā
അവൻ ആത്മഗർവിതൻ, മൂഢൻ, ദൃഢഹഠൻ, മൗനി, അസൂയയുള്ളവൻ. ഈ കർമത്തിന് (യാഗത്തിന്) അവൻ അയോഗ്യൻ; അതുകൊണ്ട് ഇപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ അവനെ ഇവിടെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നിട്ടില്ല.
