ततो महादैत्यवरो दुरात्मा स कलानेमिः परमास्त्रयुक्तः । ययौ तदानीं सुरसत्तमांस्तान्हंतुं सदा क्रूरमतिः स एकः
tato mahādaityavaro durātmā sa kalānemiḥ paramāstrayuktaḥ | yayau tadānīṃ surasattamāṃstānhaṃtuṃ sadā krūramatiḥ sa ekaḥ
അതിനുശേഷം ദുർആത്മാവായ മഹാദൈത്യശ്രേഷ്ഠൻ കാലനേമി പരമാസ്ത്രങ്ങളാൽ സന്നദ്ധനായി, സദാ ക്രൂരമതിയോടെ, ഒറ്റയ്ക്കായി ആ ദേവശ്രേഷ്ഠന്മാരെ വധിക്കുവാൻ മുന്നേറി।
