लोमश उवाच । यदा हि दैत्यैश्च पराजिताः सुराः शम्भुं च सर्वे शरणं प्रपन्नाः । शिवं प्रणेमुः सहसा सुरोत्तमा युद्धाय सर्वे च मनो दधुस्तदा
lomaśa uvāca | yadā hi daityaiśca parājitāḥ surāḥ śambhuṃ ca sarve śaraṇaṃ prapannāḥ | śivaṃ praṇemuḥ sahasā surottamā yuddhāya sarve ca mano dadhustadā
ലോമശൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ദൈത്യന്മാർക്ക് മുന്നിൽ പരാജിതരായ ദേവന്മാർ എല്ലാവരും ശംഭുവിന്റെ ശരണം പ്രാപിച്ചു. ഉടനെ ദേവോത്തമർ ശിവനെ നമസ്കരിച്ചു; പിന്നെ എല്ലാവരും യുദ്ധത്തിനായി മനസ്സുറപ്പിച്ചു.
