बहुधोपासका यस्मात्तमः सत्त्वरजोन्विताः । गणभेदेन तान्येव नामानि बहुधाऽभवत्
bahudhopāsakā yasmāttamaḥ sattvarajonvitāḥ | gaṇabhedena tānyeva nāmāni bahudhā'bhavat
ഉപാസകർ തമസ്, സത്ത്വം, രജസ് എന്നീ ഗുണങ്ങളാൽ പലവിധമായതിനാൽ, ഗണഭേദം അനുസരിച്ച് അതേ ദിവ്യരൂപത്തിന് പല നാമങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നു.
