महेश्वर उवाच । प्रतिपक्षे चतुर्थ्यां तु पूजनीयो गणाधिपः । स्नात्वा शुक्लतिलैः शुद्धैः शुक्लपक्षे सदा नृभिः
maheśvara uvāca | pratipakṣe caturthyāṃ tu pūjanīyo gaṇādhipaḥ | snātvā śuklatilaiḥ śuddhaiḥ śuklapakṣe sadā nṛbhiḥ
മഹേശ്വരൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു—കൃഷ്ണപക്ഷത്തിലെ ചതുര്ഥിയിൽ ഗണാധിപനെ പൂജിക്കണം. സ്നാനം ചെയ്ത് ശുദ്ധമായ വെളുത്ത എള്ളുകൊണ്ട് ശുക്ലപക്ഷത്തിലും മനുഷ്യർ സദാ പൂജിക്കട്ടെ.
