sahasā na kriyāṃ kuryātpadametanmahāpadām | vimṛśyakāriṇaṃ dhīraṃ vṛṇate sarvasaṃpadaḥ

അവസരത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രവർത്തിയും ചെയ്യരുത്; അതാണ് മഹാവിപത്തുകളിലേക്കുള്ള പടി. ആലോചിച്ച് ധീരമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നവനെ സർവ്വസമ്പത്തുകളും വരിക്കുന്നു.
