दाता प्रतिग्रहीता च वचनं हि परस्परम् । मन्यतेऽधःकरो यस्य सोऽल्पबुद्धिः प्रहीयते
dātā pratigrahītā ca vacanaṃ hi parasparam | manyate'dhaḥkaro yasya so'lpabuddhiḥ prahīyate
ദാതാവും പ്രതിഗ്രഹീതാവും പരസ്പരം വചനത്തിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നു; എന്നാൽ മറ്റെയാളെ ‘അധഃ’ എന്നു കരുതുന്നവൻ അൽപബുദ്ധിയായി പതിക്കുന്നു.
