तैः सार्धमागमिष्यामि ममेदं मतमुत्तमम् । इत्युक्ते वचने तांश्च कृत्वाहं दंडमूर्धनि
taiḥ sārdhamāgamiṣyāmi mamedaṃ matamuttamam | ityukte vacane tāṃśca kṛtvāhaṃ daṃḍamūrdhani
“അവരോടൊപ്പം ഞാനും വരും—ഇതാണ് എന്റെ ഉത്തമമായ തീരുമാനം.” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞ്, ആ വചനത്തെ ആദരത്തോടെ ശിരസ്സിൽ വച്ചതുപോലെ (സ്വീകരിച്ച്) വണങ്ങി।
