एवमुक्तो विलोक्यैव द्विजाञ्छातातपोऽब्रवीत् । देवानामपि दुष्प्राप्यं सत्यं नारद भारतम्
evamukto vilokyaiva dvijāñchātātapo'bravīt | devānāmapi duṣprāpyaṃ satyaṃ nārada bhāratam
ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ശാതാതപൻ ദ്വിജന്മാരെ നോക്കി പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ നാരദാ, സത്യം ദേവന്മാർക്കും ദുഷ്പ്രാപ്യം; ഹേ ഭാരതാ, ഇതുതന്നെ യാഥാർത്ഥ്യം.
