एवमेषोचिता दारा हैडंबेर्विद्यते शुभा । कामाख्ये च रणे घोरा या विद्युदिव भासते
evameṣocitā dārā haiḍaṃbervidyate śubhā | kāmākhye ca raṇe ghorā yā vidyudiva bhāsate
ഇങ്ങനെ ആ ശുഭസ്ത്രീ ഹൈഡിംബനു യോജിച്ച ഭാര്യയായി—കാമാഖ്യയിലെ ഭീകര യുദ്ധത്തിൽ ഭയാനകയായി, മിന്നലുപോലെ പ്രകാശിച്ചു.
