ततः प्रयांति संपूर्णास्ताश्च देहं समंततः । ततः स नाडिमध्यस्थो रञ्जकेनोष्मणा रसः
tataḥ prayāṃti saṃpūrṇāstāśca dehaṃ samaṃtataḥ | tataḥ sa nāḍimadhyastho rañjakenoṣmaṇā rasaḥ
അതിനുശേഷം ആ നാഡികൾ പരിപൂർണ്ണമായി നിറഞ്ഞ് ദേഹമൊട്ടാകെ എല്ലാദിക്കുകളിലായി വ്യാപിക്കുന്നു. പിന്നെ നാഡിമധ്യസ്ഥമായ രസത്തിൽ രഞ്ജക ഉഷ്മ (വർണ്ണദായക താപം) പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു.
