तस्यां दत्तं हुतं चेष्टं सर्वमेवाक्षयं मतम् । सर्वदारिद्र्यशमनं भास्करप्रीतये मतम्

Transliteration

tasyāṃ dattaṃ hutaṃ ceṣṭaṃ sarvamevākṣayaṃ matam | sarvadāridryaśamanaṃ bhāskaraprītaye matam

Translation

ആ തിഥിയിൽ നൽകുന്ന ദാനം, ഹോമത്തിൽ അർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ആഹുതി, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ചെയ്യുന്ന ധർമ്മകർമ്മം—എല്ലാം ഫലത്തിൽ അക്ഷയമെന്നു കരുതപ്പെടുന്നു. ഭാസ്കരന്റെ പ്രീതിക്കായി ചെയ്തതു സർവ്വ ദാരിദ്ര്യം ശമിപ്പിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറയുന്നു.
