yugādyāḥ kathitā hyetā manvādyāḥ śrṛṇu sāṃpratam | aśvayukchuklanavamī dvādaśī kārtike tathā

യുഗാദി തിഥികൾ പറഞ്ഞുകഴിഞ്ഞു; ഇനി മന്വാദികൾ കേൾക്കുക—ആശ്വയുജ മാസത്തിലെ ശുക്ല നവമി, കൂടാതെ കാർത്തിക മാസത്തിലെ ദ്വാദശി.
