balipūpakanaivedyaistarpaṇairdhūpagaṃdhibhiḥ | tasya rakṣāṃ caraṃtyetā rathyāsu trikacatvare

ബലി, പൂപ്പകം (പക്വാന്നം), നൈവേദ്യം, തർപ്പണം, ധൂപ-ഗന്ധങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ അർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ, ഈ ദേവിമാർ ആ ഭക്തന്റെ രക്ഷയ്ക്കായി തെരുവുകളിലും ചത്വരങ്ങളിലും മൂന്ന്-നാല് വഴികളുടെ സംഗമസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലും സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നു.
