नंदभद्र उवाच । अहो बाल न बालस्त्वं मतो मे त्वां नमाम्यहम् । त्वद्वाक्यैरतितृप्तोऽहं त्वां तु प्रक्ष्यामि किंचन
naṃdabhadra uvāca | aho bāla na bālastvaṃ mato me tvāṃ namāmyaham | tvadvākyairatitṛpto'haṃ tvāṃ tu prakṣyāmi kiṃcana
നന്ദഭദ്രൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അഹോ ബാലാ! എന്റെ അഭിപ്രായത്തിൽ നീ ബാലനല്ല; ഞാൻ നിന്നെ നമസ്കരിക്കുന്നു. നിന്റെ വചനങ്ങളാൽ ഞാൻ അത്യന്തം തൃപ്തനായി; എങ്കിലും നിന്നോട് കുറെ കൂടി ചോദിക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു.
