तदहो भारतं खंडं सत्यायुषि त्यजेद्धि कः । अहमेव दृढो मन्ये पितृभ्यां यो विवर्जितः
tadaho bhārataṃ khaṃḍaṃ satyāyuṣi tyajeddhi kaḥ | ahameva dṛḍho manye pitṛbhyāṃ yo vivarjitaḥ
അങ്ങനെ—സത്യമായ ആയുസ്സ് ശേഷിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഭാരതഖണ്ഡം ആരാണ് ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുക? ഞാൻ മാത്രമേ ദൃഢനെന്ന് കരുതുന്നു; കാരണം ഞാൻ മാതാപിതാക്കളിരുവരെയും നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടവൻ.
