बहूदकस्य तीरे च द्विजमेकं च भोजयेत् । यो मिष्टान्नेन तस्य स्याद्विप्रकोटिश्च भोजिता
bahūdakasya tīre ca dvijamekaṃ ca bhojayet | yo miṣṭānnena tasya syādviprakoṭiśca bhojitā
ബഹൂദകത്തിന്റെ തീരത്ത് ഒരൊറ്റ ബ്രാഹ്മണനെയെങ്കിലും ഭോജനിപ്പിച്ചാൽ, മിഷ്ടാന്നം നൽകി തൃപ്തിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതു അവനു കോടി ബ്രാഹ്മണരെ ഭോജനിപ്പിച്ചതിന് തുല്യഫലമാകുന്നു।
