ततो बहुविधा योनीः परिक्रम्यास्मि कर्षितः । ब्राह्मणस्य च गेहेस्यां योनौ जातोऽतिदुःखितः
tato bahuvidhā yonīḥ parikramyāsmi karṣitaḥ | brāhmaṇasya ca gehesyāṃ yonau jāto'tiduḥkhitaḥ
അപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ പലവിധ യോനികളിലൂടെ അലഞ്ഞുതിരിഞ്ഞ് ദുഃഖത്തിൽ ക്ഷീണിച്ചു; ബ്രാഹ്മണന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ ജനിച്ചിട്ടും ആ ജന്മത്തിൽ തന്നേ അത്യന്തം പീഡിതനായി।
