asākṣikeṣu cārtheṣu mitho vivadamānayoḥ | rājadrohābhiśāpeṣu sāhaseṣu tathaiva ca

സാക്ഷികളില്ലാത്ത കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ ഇരുപക്ഷവും തമ്മിൽ തർക്കിക്കുമ്പോൾ; രാജദ്രോഹാരോപണങ്ങളിൽ; ശാപവും അപവാദവും ഉള്ളിടങ്ങളിൽ; കൂടാതെ സാഹസ/ഹിംസാകൃത്യങ്ങളിൽ—അത്തരം സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ ദിവ്യപരീക്ഷ പ്രയോഗിക്കുന്നു.
