सत्यान्वितं सत्ययोगसंयुतं पुण्यवार्तया । पंचविंशतिभिर्युक्तं गुणैर्यो जागरं नरः । एकादश्यां प्रकुर्वीत पुनर्न जायते भुवि

satyānvitaṃ satyayogasaṃyutaṃ puṇyavārtayā | paṃcaviṃśatibhiryuktaṃ guṇairyo jāgaraṃ naraḥ | ekādaśyāṃ prakurvīta punarna jāyate bhuvi

സത്യത്തിൽ നിറഞ്ഞതും, സത്യയോഗാനുഷ്ഠാനത്തോടെ യുക്തവും, പുണ്യവാർത്തയാൽ പോഷിതവും—ഇരുപത്തഞ്ച് ഗുണങ്ങളാൽ സമന്വിതവും—അത്തരം ജാഗരണം ഏകാദശിയിൽ ചെയ്യുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ ഭൂമിയിൽ വീണ്ടും ജനിക്കുകയില്ല.
