नेर्ष्युः स्यान्न कृतघ्नः स्यान्न परद्रोहकर्मधीः । न पाणिपादचपलो न नेत्रचपलोऽनृजुः
nerṣyuḥ syānna kṛtaghnaḥ syānna paradrohakarmadhīḥ | na pāṇipādacapalo na netracapalo'nṛjuḥ
മനുഷ്യൻ അസൂയപ്പെടരുത്; കൃതഘ്നനാകരുത്; മറ്റുള്ളവർക്കു ദ്രോഹം ചെയ്യാനുള്ള ബുദ്ധി പുലർത്തരുത്. കൈകാലുകളിൽ അസ്ഥിരതയില്ലാതെയും, കണ്ണുകളിൽ ചഞ്ചലതയില്ലാതെയും, പെരുമാറ്റത്തിൽ വക്രതയില്ലാതെയും ഇരിക്കണം.
