देवार्चनं च पूर्वाह्णे कार्याण्याहुर्महर्षयः । पालाशमासनं चैव पादुके दंतधावनम् । वर्जयेदासनं चैव पदा नाकर्षयेद्बुधः
devārcanaṃ ca pūrvāhṇe kāryāṇyāhurmaharṣayaḥ | pālāśamāsanaṃ caiva pāduke daṃtadhāvanam | varjayedāsanaṃ caiva padā nākarṣayedbudhaḥ
മഹർഷിമാർ പറയുന്നു: മുൻപകൽ ദേവാര്ചന നടത്തണം. പാലാശമരത്തിന്റെ ആസനം, പാദുക ധരിക്കൽ, വിധിപൂർവ്വം ദന്തധാവനം എന്നിവ ചെയ്യണം. ജ്ഞാനി ആസനത്തെ അപമാനിക്കരുത്; കാലാൽ വലിക്കരുത്.
