न चैतदप्य सूयामो यद्भूतेषु शिवो न हि । अस्त्येव सर्वभूतेषु श्रृण्वत्राप्युपमानकम्
na caitadapya sūyāmo yadbhūteṣu śivo na hi | astyeva sarvabhūteṣu śrṛṇvatrāpyupamānakam
ഇതിൽ നാം അസൂയയോ വൈരമോ കാണിക്കരുത്; കാരണം ജീവികളിൽ ശിവൻ ഇല്ല എന്നല്ല. അവൻ തീർച്ചയായും സർവ്വഭൂതങ്ങളിലും നിലകൊള്ളുന്നു—ഇവിടെ ഒരു ഉപമയും കേൾക്കുക.
