प्रत्ययुध्यंतं दैत्येंद्रेः साध्याश्च वसुभिः सह । ततो बहुविधं युद्धं कालनेमिर्विधायच
pratyayudhyaṃtaṃ daityeṃdreḥ sādhyāśca vasubhiḥ saha | tato bahuvidhaṃ yuddhaṃ kālanemirvidhāyaca
ദൈത്യേന്ദ്രനെതിരെ സാധ്യന്മാർ വസുക്കളോടുകൂടി പ്രതിയുദ്ധം നടത്തി. തുടർന്ന് കാലനേമിയും നാനാവിധ തന്ത്രങ്ങളാൽ പലവിധ യുദ്ധം ആരംഭിച്ചു.
