नारद उवाच । ते चैनं योज्य चाशीर्भिरयाचंत वरं गुहम् । एष एव वरोऽस्माकं यत्पापं तारकं जहि
nārada uvāca | te cainaṃ yojya cāśīrbhirayācaṃta varaṃ guham | eṣa eva varo'smākaṃ yatpāpaṃ tārakaṃ jahi
നാരദൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അവനെ യഥാവിധി നിയോഗിച്ച് ആശീർവദിച്ച്, അവർ ഗുഹനോടു വരം അപേക്ഷിച്ചു: “ഞങ്ങളുടെ വരം ഇതൊന്നേ—ആ പാപിയായ താരകനെ വധിക്കണം.”
