निरुत्साहं रणे तस्मिन्गतयुद्धोत्सवोऽभवत् । ततो भ्रमत एवास्य चर्म उत्कृत्त्य भैरवम्
nirutsāhaṃ raṇe tasmingatayuddhotsavo'bhavat | tato bhramata evāsya carma utkṛttya bhairavam
ആ യുദ്ധത്തിൽ അവൻ നിരുത്സാഹനായി, യുദ്ധോത്സവത്തിന്റെ രസം അസ്തമിച്ചു; പിന്നെ അവൻ ചുറ്റിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കെ തന്നെ ഭൈരവൻ അവന്റെ ചർമ്മം മുറിച്ചെടുത്തു.
