कोटिशःकोटिशः गृत्वा वृंदं चिह्नोपलक्षितम् । विश्रावयंतः स्वां कीर्तिं बंदिवृन्दैः पुरः सरैः
koṭiśaḥkoṭiśaḥ gṛtvā vṛṃdaṃ cihnopalakṣitam | viśrāvayaṃtaḥ svāṃ kīrtiṃ baṃdivṛndaiḥ puraḥ saraiḥ
അവർ കോടിക്കണക്കിന് ആയി, പ്രത്യേക ചിഹ്നങ്ങളാൽ തിരിച്ചറിയപ്പെടുന്ന സംഘങ്ങളായി രൂപപ്പെട്ടു; മുൻപോട്ട് നടന്ന ബന്ദിവൃന്ദങ്ങൾ അവരുടെ കീർത്തി എല്ലാടവും പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി।
