धनदं चैव सप्त्या वरुणं च तथाष्टभिः । विंशत्या निरृतिं दैत्यः पुनश्चाष्टभिरेव च

dhanadaṃ caiva saptyā varuṇaṃ ca tathāṣṭabhiḥ | viṃśatyā nirṛtiṃ daityaḥ punaścāṣṭabhireva ca

ദൈത്യൻ ധനദനായ കുബേരനെ ഏഴ് അമ്പുകളാൽ, വരുണനെ എട്ട് അമ്പുകളാൽ; നിരൃതിയെ ഇരുപത് അമ്പുകളാൽ വേധിച്ചു, പിന്നെയും എട്ട് അമ്പുകളും പ്രയോഗിച്ചു।
